Badge logo

Hello
I will receive in the coming days a black 718 BOXSTER monogram and I will wish to know if some know some tricks to put this in the right way and in particular aligned with the good spacings.

Hi, welcome, might be best if you supply a picture when you can then we can best advise

2018 718S, UK, various extras, almost perfect!, Gyeon Ceramic coating, reversing camera, front view camera, Blackvue 900S twin 2 ch x 2 = 4 cameras.

I did the badge delete from the factory so I am only guessing as to the exact location. If you can visit a Porsche dealership to see the exact location and take measurements, that would be ideal.

This is what I would do assuming the vertical center point is in the middle of the area on which the badge is located:
1. Find the left-to-right center point which would appear to be below the S in Porsche.
2. Then find the top-to-bottom center point and mark that with a small piece of tape so it can be removed.
3. Then place the 718 Boxster logo on the car and mark the two end points with tape. A friend could help keep it aligned.
4. Then level the badge and mark the bottom with tape. A friend could help here too.
5. Then remove the adhesive and apply the badge within the tape guidelines.

I hope this helps.
