Cool New interior upgrades - Miami Blue :)

Howdy folks! My fourth Porsche, recently purchased a 718. Just added Miami Blue dash trim, center console trim, and made some gauge rings to match. Currently have my shift boot and console lid redone with Miami Blue stitching (photos coming soon).

Indeed! Seconded ... and when I first saw the gauge rings in Miami Blue, I balked. It's growing on me now. Considerably.

Did you just order those from SunCoast or your local Porsche Parts dept? Did you install yourself or have the dealership swap them out?

Beautiful exterior color! I still have people, mostly women, stopping to take pictures of the stunning Miami Blue 718. I tell my wife they are taking pictures of me but she gives me the "look".......go figure.

I get people stopping to take photos of my Miami Blue Cayman too.

Hoe do I get those interior upgrades?

All of it came from Suncoast. Considered painting the original dash trim, like I did on my 987. But the dash strips don't come apart. Believe me, I tried...didn't want to deal with plastic welding. So went for the factory painted stuff, it was an easy swap. I previously swapped these trims on my 981, so I knew how to do the job. Took me 20-30 minutes to swap everything. Very simple.

I bought the chrome gauge rings from Suncoast too, painted them myself with a spray can and clear coat. They rings are a little over the top....most people may not like them. But this is such a bold color, why be subtle on the inside? I'm very happy with it.

I completly understand! It's an attenton getter, everyone seems to notice it. Sitting at a traffic lights has been interesting lately. I've started to keep the windows up. LoL

Got the trim here: https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/991PCUP.html

Thanks for the link.

Be interesting to see how much it will be for them to get them in right hand drive and sent over here.
