Looks like they removed the GTS completely from their website at the same time! Interesting. Geneva is around the corner and my guess is we shall see/hear something very soon. ;)

As for Aventurine Green - it's simply stunning in person. My retailer had a Cayman and Boxster just delivered which I drooled over for quite some time. It almost tempted me to switch my order from Crayon but alas the interior wouldn't have gone with it.

I think black seems to be the right interior that complements the Aventurine. Wished they have a Lizard Green seatbelt option that can make the interior stand out. It exists for the T models, but not for the regular 718s.

I wonder what Aventurine Green looks like in real life? On the screen it looks lgrey with just a hint of green. I was hoping for something like the Mamba green you can get with the Macan.

I saw it in person. My first response was, "Haha, It's green for people who really want a grey car."

Maybe it is not as bad is strong sunlight but this is not a color for people who like color. Now Mamba Green, there's a color I could call green. I've always been partial to metallics.

I've also seen Gentian Blue in person. It's a nice blue. Not impersonating black most of the time like some others.

If this is indeed Aventurine Green, then the configurator looks quite different from a photo. Then there is seeing in it in the flesh. So who knows?
