718 Lights

[FONT=&quot]This was a big deal when we were purchasing. As a daily driver on unlit country twisty A roads good lights was a core requirement in our purchase. Moving from our current MKIII TT with Audi matrix lights also meant we were looking at an expensive potential downgrade to LED PDSL+ lights.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]We arranged an extended weekend test drive with a Boxter that was fitted with LEDs. We also had another extended test drive with a Cayman that had the base lights; these are pretty poor and no good for what we needed - fine for well lit roads/town driving, but really not good enough for a premium car IMHO and definitely not in the same league as Matrix.[/FONT]


[FONT=&quot]The PDSL+ LED lights are not cheap, but they are good - as good as Matrix? They are different to Matrix - the dynamic range adjustment works almost as well as the Matrix system and they are equally bright plus they give the cornering function so for us a must have and not a downgrade. Box ticked and one we would highly recommend, if like us you do a lot of unlit fast road driving.
