Aftermarket paddle shifters

I just wanted to get opinions about aftermarket paddle shifters. The interior on my car is fully red and currently has no Carbon fiber trim anywhere. I found these paddle shifters from agency power that attach to the current shifters, and therefore, extending them. The aluminium looks kinda off to me. I like the carbon fibre but it might feel a bit out of place. Thanks for the opinions in advance. I will post picture of both as well as my steering wheel.

I'm not sure why you'd want shift extenders in the first place as I find the regular set up very easy to use. Personally I think fitting that size of extenders will make it all feel slightly cumbersome & they'll get in the way. However if you're set to do it then I agree that particular set of aluminium (or aluminum if you prefer) extenders does look off, darn right cheap & nasty looking if truth be told & nothing like a match for the original material. The carbon looks better but will look somewhat at odds with your interior. I think if I were in your position & really wanted to extend them, then I'd wait until I found a better looking product that matched the original material & was also a little smaller.

In my opinion they're visually too big.
Big??? They're absolutely enormous. I liked the paddles on my old 981 which were a little longer than those on the 718. However I soon got used to these & now prefer them. I can't really see why anyone would want to alter them, as for me they're just about perfect. The pictures below show the shifters on my old 981 alongside the steering wheel on a 718 (In this case AFH's car). I personally don't think going any bigger than the size of paddles on the 981 would be a good idea, but then it's not my car.

Thanks for the opinions guys! I will have to agree with Chilli. I am set on a size increase, I really like the look of longer paddle shifters. But anything currently out there does not seem to match what I am looking for. Guess it is better to just wait for someone to make a product that actually integrates with steering wheel.

Cheers!
