My new gts was just delivered and unfortunately have a few problems. Turns out the trucker wasn’t thinking and wiped his greasy gloves on the door panel, armrest, and passenger seat. At this point I’m extremely frustrated and curious if any of you all are familiar with the best course of action? Thanks in advance!!

I agree with Greg take it back to the dealership but the best cleaner, as reported by many professional car detailers, is Sonax Upholstery and Alcantara Cleaner (8.45 fl. oz.). I already bought Sonax in advance of delivery of my 3RS.
As an aside, it's best to use white microfiber towels when cleaning Alcantara to avoid dye transfer and a good Alcantara brush* to avoid matting/knotting the fibers.

...I'm sorry but this is completely inexcusable and unacceptable. Where is your dealership located? I'm assuming they arranged the transport? Or did you hire the transport company yourself?...greasy gloves=large carrier/rig=great distance? Is it even possible to take it back to the dealership (ie., too far away?). The whole situation is a bit unclear as I cannot see how any reputable dealer would use an irresponsible carrier for such an expensive delivery...please clarify for me!

Not sure where you stand as far as ownership at this point but I would not accept it until fixed to your satisfaction. A few weeks ago took delivery of mine after they dealer arranged to have it shipped in from about 1500 miles away . The dealer I worked with made sure I had time to look it over before I got down to writing the check for it and make sure I was satisfied with-it 100% before we did any paperwork. I had one minor issue and it was resolved immediately to my satisfaction. If you get any push back call Porsche.

Dealership took care of shipping and hired shipper. They were located on east coast South Carolina and I’m 1300 miles from dealer.

oh wow! I’m curious what dealer did you purchase from? They sound like a great dealer!

Send the pics to the dealer and insist they pay for local professional cleaning or pick up the car, clean it, and return to you. Copy to Porsche.

While alcantara is a 'plastic' and should clean up well, if you try and it doesn't, then they can say you made it worse and they can't fix it now.

...as I suspected from the context of your post...way too far to take it back to the dealer. Another reason why I'll continue doing business directly with a local SA/dealership. Did they offer to pay for a local professional, (Porsche dealer or the like), to clean it properly, since this was a long distance purchase? If not, I'd insist upon it.

OK, we've covered the indignant feelings toward the dealer. Let's assume that the guy doesn't want to become a cranky old Porsche owner and take this dealer to court over a spot. I would look in the book for an interior specialist. The dealers use these guys to clean up really bad things. They can repair and clean amazing things. My wife skinned up the passenger's door of my A6. I got it sorted for about $100. Well worth it. The risk of using the wrong stuff on an interior is great. Get a pro. ...Then send the dealer the bill.
