They supply the wheel and you fit plastics and electrics from your wheel and return your bare wheel too them
cost £199 and a £400 surcharge refunded when your return your old leather steering wheel This the third wheel I have got from them ordered two weeks ago exceptional quality .

 

I'd like to keep mine, so I'll have to pay that extra 400 £, what still is a very correct price.
I'll have to find a way to avoid import and extra vat.

 

You can send your own steering wheel to get it covered

 

I did this a long time ago on a BMW and used Royal Steering Wheels. Their work is exceptional and you can keep your own wheel but like you say, you'll need to pay the £199 plus the £400.
