Every time I start my '19 CGTS, all vehicle settings are missing (Comfort Entry, Individual Setting on Steering Wheel, Comfort Entry, Lights, Etc). Has anyone had this issue?

Have you set the settings in the key?

Set up all your preferences and then press the key button on the drivers door memory settings and also re save your memory setting 1 or 2 also on the drivers door

Same kept happening to me until I realised I had to save the settings on the drivers door memory keys

IIRC, to save your settings you have to hit the Save key then the choice of 1, 2, or Key. Just hitting 1 or 2 without Save recalls those settings, but you have to hold it long enough for moving things like the seat-positioning mechanism to stop moving. The key memory should recall everything. If you have two keys you need to save the settings to each, so that you and someone else (a spouse or partner) can have different ergonomics.
