At altitude, turbos shine while n/a engines struggle to breathe. Something I experienced driving my Mitsu Starion TSi to Tahoe in the eighties. Looking forward to taking my 718 into the Sierras and feeling turbo power at altitude again.

If you've not experienced that, in for a treat with your new 718...

and 1-2 win

"Since the beginning of the 2014 season, the Porsche 919 Hybrid has now competed in 30 races, achieving 17 pole positions, 16 race wins – including six one-two victories, three consecutive overall LeMans wins, and ten fastest race laps. For 2017, the team is aiming to achieve a third consecutive world championship title for manufacturers and drivers."

Powered by a 2.0 liter quad-cam flat-crank turbo 4-cylinder. Oh yeah, that's another one the n/a engine-sound 'enthusiasts' hate.

718 is in championship Porsche racing company.
