This is under the driver side rear wheel. I’m certain that shouldn’t be like that. No lights on and no change in ride but still.

I think its the link to the PSM sensor. It tells the system where your lower control arm is. If you look up into the engine bay the sensor has a green lever. The part hanging down likely is still connected to the lever arm. Just a guess.

I have that light....when I turn the car on it comes on. I was going to take it to the dealership as I’m a couple miles from service anyway to get it looked at. Well at least now I know what the light is. What does it do?

It raises and lowers the headights as the suspesion travels to keep them level.

Nosmo that’s what it was. Fixed under warranty

From other readings, if you have a PDK trans, this needs to be moved to change the oil filter. If you had a service, this may not have been properly re-connected. Glad that you had an easy fix !!

Well I had to get my 30K service so it all got fixed at that time (hence why it took a while for me to repost the results).
