Has anyone had any issue w/H&R VTF lowering springs? I installed them ~3m ago [I have owned the car w/stock 20" wheels since Aug 2016, 21 months ago], and have had 2 bent wheels [rt side] on one occasion, and this week another bent rear wheel. I have a warranty on them, so the first two were replaced... not sure if they will do another so soon?

but.... why am I having such difficulty w/factory stock 20" wheels ??:(

Thoughts?? I live in the Pacific NW, mostly desert, and the roads are superb.

First: Welcome to the forum!

Now, my 2 cents: Which OEM 20" wheels do you have on your car? There are at least four options:

20" Carrera S IV (alloy)
20" Carrera Classic II (alloy, two-tone)
20" 911 Turbo IV (forged, two-tone)
20" Carrera Sport (alloy, painted/machined)

Note that only one of these is forged, which is by far the strongest type of wheel construction. Even so, Porsche wheels are not known for being 'soft' -- almost all of them are manufactured by BBS.

Unfortunately, it sounds to me like the problem is likely the lowering springs in that they are either:
- So stiff that they are requiring the wheels to absorb far too much road stress, or
- Bottoming out regularly so that extra road stress is being absorbed by the wheels

Either way, your wheel warranty will almost certainly not be honored because you installed a third-party aftermarket component that affected the operation of the warranted component.
