I have an issue to have checked out on my car. I'm still feeling it out as it's only happened twice, and trying to establish what makes the situation occur (it's gone into 2nd a little rough). The car is under warranty and I want to make sure everything is OK. I want to put a few more miles on it and see if I have anything else to inquire about.
My experience with MB dealers is that no two are alike when it comes to their service departments, which is probably true for any brand of car.
Has anyone had really great service/repair experiences with a Bay Area dealership, ideally with loaners? I live a little far south, but will put up with the hassle if I feel confident that the service will be top notch and not get a runaround.
