Is anyone willing to share which blue connector(left or right) under the homelink and lighting console they tapped into with the MirrorTap from Blendmount. Also, which color wires did the Mirrortap's red and black wires tap in to? Trying to save myself a trip to buy a new voltmeter and thought I'd ask here first.

Well, I can answer the question now. The blue connector on the right is the one you want to use assuming you have auto-dimming mirrors. The black wire from the MirrorTap goes into the black wire - pretty easy to get that one straight. :) The red wire from the MirrorTap goes into the black/red wire of the blue connector. I received 4 each red and black wires with the MirrorTap kit and I used one size larger than the smallest connector. Pretty sure anything larger wouldn't have fit the connector. Hopefully it helps someone out there!

Exactly and for the record, you don't need a volt meter - you can use just a circuit tester and just flip the blue connector over and it has exposed taps on the back. I'm not an electrician so I'm sure that is not what they are alled (taps) but you will see what I am talking about.

Reviving an old thread here versus starting a new one. I don't have auto dimming mirrors. I only have the blue connector on the left. That connector feeds the wire that plugs into the light housing we removed to access the wiring. I'm assuming this is always on. I'm ok with that for the simplicity of the install, will also set the detector to turn off if no motion for an hour in case I forget. I'm assuming the wiring connections are the same.......... black to black and red to the red/black wire ........ ignore the purple. Have I missed anything?

Hey all I wanted to reply here as my first post. On my 2020 GT4 which does NOT have an autodimming mirror I used the blue connector on the DRIVERS side, tapping into the brown (ground) and red/white (power) wires using the Blendmount Mirrortap. This is CONSTANT power, not switched but my radar detector (Uniden R3) has a powersave feature that turns off the RD if it does not detect any movement for 1 hour.

Wanted to add this to the knowledge base b/c I could not find this info anywhere else on the interwebs, all I can find is people talking about tapping the autodimming plug, which if your car does not have this option then you don't have this plug.
