Probably from the version before the 718, not aware of a Hard Top for a 718 tbh

Yes, this hardtop accessory is called "The Cayman". Just stop by a dealer and ask for a Boxster with the Cayman package. They'll know what you mean.

I've seen hardtops on the 986 Boxsters - don't know if any were made for the later models, especially after the Cayman model went into production

Porsche made them for the 986 and 987 Boxster. I don't think they made them after that, though I seem to recall hearing about a third party option for the 981 (which presumably would work on a 982 as well), though I don't have any details (came up in a discussion about Spec Boxsters, so it may just be someone that has fabricated a few).
