Car is on order so to fill my waiting time I'm shopping for "necessary" accessories. On my list so far I have the clear marker lights and Weather Tech floor mats. I also want to get a sun screen for the windshield/screen. Any recommendations on that? Am I missing something I can't live without? PPF is covered and I think the jury is still out on an adequate cup holder. I realize "necessary" is subjective, but practicality rules (except for the clear marker lights!).

Suncoast Porsche has the sunshade at a decent price. I have one that I bought 3 Caymans ago, use all the time in the Florida sun and it is still going strong. Also, if you ever were considering front grilles-order from Zunsport. I have a code for 15% discount as do a couple other members here.

Get the Lid Liner for the Frunk lid. It attached easily and I suspect is well worth the cost over time.

Gonna go for the rennline phone holder for the apple carplay .in door cover .maybe the front grills from Zunsport. I have a fire extinguisher from my last car to put in. Looking at paddle shifter extentions in carbon fiber to go with the wheel and dash trim. Looking is fun. Enjoy.

Definitely the two trunk liners and also the Lid Liner https://lidliner.com/collections/porsche-lid-liners/products/991-981-front-schild-lid-liner-2012 I kept the frunk liner and lid liner purchased originally for my 981 and they fit perfectly in the 982. The Covercraft UVS100 sunscreen purchased from amazon for the 981 also works in the 982.

I purchased the frunk liner from Suncoast but have since found on other purchases that my dealer gives at least 10% off for PCA membership so it all evens out.

Dr. ColorChip is money for an unprotected front end. I have used it on multiple cars with great results.

What are you guys putting in your car that makes you need liners for the trunk and frunk? Is it a little fragile without a liner or something?
After all we are not Philistines we need all the gadgets and whatnot.
I don't think a Frunk liner is needed. The lid liner however is essential as damage to the front bonnet can happen easily.

In my opinion, the liner looks nice and "finishes" the space. From a practical perspective, it can prevent a mess.

Example 1: We were on a road trip and filled a large plastic "baggie" with ice and put it in a soft-sided cooler-type bag. I turned the bag on its side to fit into the already quite full frunk. Unfortunately, the plastic bag had a small hole which we did not notice and over the hours, some of the ice melted and drained out of the cooler. Although some things at the bottom of the liner and under the cooler got wet, it was better than having that water in/under the carpet.

Example 2: On a visit to a state park we forgot the bags to put out hiking shoes into and they were quite muddy when we returned to the car. No worries, the liner cleaned right up when we returned home.

I looked at the frunk liner box but found it too expensive. Settle for this ... 10% of the price ?

From the friendly neighbourhood IKEA store ...
Could be ok, have you the model/code please?
