Bought 718 CGTS (982) a few weeks ago and love it (sound at low rpm is below expectation)
Tracked it already after driving it in and it beats 2016-GT4’s on the straight and everywhere else too.
Question : do you loose the warranty if you tune it, like with and APR tune ?
Does Porsche find out when u take it in for service ? Any experience or input on this subject ?

As far as mods and warranty go, it's obviously market dependent. AFAIK a total warranty ban from a tune would be illegal in both the USA and in Australia.
With a reply like that one above I'd be trying a different dealer and checking your local consumer protection laws.

A 'total' warranty ban maybe illegal, but there will be precious little left under warranty if you get a tune.

You add 65 HP and 50 lb-ft and I would argue that engine and gearbox are out before the count.

Brakes? IDK.

AC? With the engine working harder for the extra HP, Porsche may argue that it impacted the load on the AC cooling and something died...

So, you'd be left with warranty for the interior, the PCM (?), the wiper motors and the lights...
