Good Morning - I hope that this is the right section of the forum. I just received word that my Cayman is on the Euphrates Highway and due in to Jacksonville on or about 10/26. This means that I could see it end of month or very first few days of November. That puts it about 3+ weeks ahead of original schedule. I have already ordered and received my Zunsport Grilles to install as soon as I bring the car home.

I love reading these threads for the ship names! Imagine if your car was literally on a highway in the Euphrates Valley....

It actually might be underwater . One of the things that I have found is that it is not uncommon for the car carrier vessels to be Panamanian registry (of course so are many other cargo ships....).

I asked my dealer.

My dealer does this as part of keeping me very informed. Every time there is a date change/update to the status, he shoots me an email with a copy of the updated timeline. When he saw it had left Emden, he told me he would get me the ship's name as soon as it became available.

The Euphrates Highway arrives in Jacksonville tomorrow. Potential end of October or first couple days in November pick up in the off'ng. This puts it almost 30 days ahead of original forecast when ordered in May.

Euphrates Highway arrived at Jacksonville yesterday morning and departed the same evening. My car is now at the port for processing and delivery...…..if you are expecting a Porsched through the Por of Houston, it is on its way .

The car arrived at the dealer yesterday morning and I picked it up late yesterday afternoon. Outstanding...………..Night Blue Metallic really is brilliant in the south Florida in the south Florida sun. Pictures to follow shortly after giving it another cleaning and applying Chemical Guys top coat.

Tires are Yokohama ADVAN V105s......interesting. My various Caymans have come with Michelin Pilot Sports, GoodYear Eagle Asymmetrics, Pirelli PZeros and now Yokohamas.

If I remember correctly, your is the base, right? What is the wheel size? The CS I just got last week has PZeros. She has 20" wheels.

It is the Base with 19" Cayman S wheels. Last one was Boxster S and decided to change up a bit.
