I think they will fit. Please post some photos when you get them. :)

Note David Lemmens has done an excellent job fitting 991 Carrera S IV wheels which are larger than GT4 wheels in the rear at 11.5" ET56 vs 11" ET50.

His Carrera S IV wheels are tight but they fit. You can see the photos in his thread:

The GT4 front wheels at 8.5" ET61 are very similar to the 718 Carrera Sport Wheels at 8.5" ET57. The GT4 wheels have 4mm less inner clearance which I'd imagine should be fine but you could measure your wheel clearance on full lock to double check if you are worried. I doubt the upright will be close but you can check that also.

I have OZ wheels from a GT4 on my car. 19'' with 265 front tires and 285 rear. Fitment is great, much more flush than my factory 20'' wheels. Obviously these aren't the factory GT4 wheels, but I'm sure they will fit on a 718 without issue.

Looks good! Do you know wheel size and offset?

Yes they are 19x8.5ET53 Fronts and 19x10ET40 Rears.
Bumping an old thread. After more research, these OZ seem to be a pretty great choice, and going to 19s sounds pretty good too for price and tire selection. Can I ask what tire sizes is on here? I would like to move up in amount of rubber but I'd imagine even if I stuck with OEM sizes in and RE71, it would still be better the than the PS4S for autox.

I have RE-71R tires in 265/35-19 up front and 285/35-19 in the rear. The car has far more grip everywhere on the track now. For example, corner 1 at Streets of Willow required braking down to about 90 with the stock set up, now with just a very slight lift I can carry right around 100 into the corner.

Have the dynamics of the car changed at all (beside the extra grip, have you noticed handling changes as far as understeer/oversteer)? What wheel sizes you running with this setup? Any rub/spacers?

Yes, the car is more neutral than stock, which had more tendency to understeer especially under throttle. Off-throttle corner entry is extremely direct and neutral now, still with some on-throttle understeer.

Under very sharp transitions like a chicane, the car does oversteer a bit more now due to all of the additional front tire. However, you just modify your steering inputs mildly to neutralize this.

Braking performance is also improved. Overall, this was a massive improvement to the car.

I agree with the understeer issue. You have to be driving very hard but it is there on the odd occasion. I notice it can be a problem on sharp down hill mountain style roads coming into a tight corner or hair pin the front will understeer/slide into the corner on heavy braking. Of course there is more weight load on the front wheels due to going down hill so probably need to back off a bit. Not a problem up hill.

Slightly larger rear and front tires is a great idea. 235 on the front does seem too small, although 255 would be a good compromise. I think the 981 GT4 has 245/35 and 295/30 on the back so maybe 255 and 285 is perfect for 718 if 235 and 265 is standard.
