Just got this DME report on a 2017 Boxster base. The number and range of over revs don't really concern me, but they occurred very early in the car's life (1.8 hrs). Is that something I should be worry about? Thanks - trying not to overthink it.

Overspeed range 1: number of ignitions 93
Overspeed range 1: operating hours 1.85875
Overspeed range 2: number of ignitions 35
Overspeed range 2: operating hours 1.85872
Overspeed range 3: number of ignitions 2
Overspeed range 3: operating hours 1.85872

Probably occurred on a test drive, (and driver didn't care about running in procedure)....who knows they may have even done it without the engine being at full operating temperature...
Is car coming with CPO warranty ? How long do you intend to keep the car ? Its good negotiation leverage.

Thanks. The car is actually an untitled demo so would come with 2 years left on the original warranty. Current dealership got a hold of it with 800 miles on the odometer. Put another 1,000 on it over a year. I'm thinking worst case scenario is that it was a PEC car. Everything looks clean though with good service records so I'm thinking a few fractions of a second above red line (nothing in the 4-6 ranges) shouldn't be too concerning but want to make sure I'm not missing something.
