The day has finally arrived

I got to wind out 2nd and 3rd gear some today, and I can already tell this thing is really going to be a blast to drive now

It was. I'm retired now and don't put the miles on my car like I did when I was working. I thought about taking a road trip, but decided to just drive my normal routes until I made it.

I took some long road trips and was halfway through a 1600km alpine drive. It was good before but a transformation when I passed the 3000km mark. More recently I started using Sport + and thats been another step again.?

On a side note I think running in to the book is a really good way to get a feel for the car and ease into things.

Congrats! I just passed 2k miles a week ago (and tried very hard to follow the below 4K thing). Love the sound and power up high, man this thing just flies!!!

Oh yeah! I remember that feeling...kinda like the first time you finally land a clean open B7 mid-bar from a 7th position B-major during that one Beatles song. Only the feeling lasts a LOT longer and is much easier to repeat ?

Will do! Unfortunately today was a rain soaked washout, but the rest of the coming week is looking good, 60's for a high and sunshine ......... top down enjoyment coming my way
