Has anyone installed a front camera under the bumper and installed it to the oem system?

I'm getting a front carbon fiber spoiler and a camera would help when parking in front of high curbs.

I would think installing a camera under the bumper would drastically reduce ground clearance? Unless you plan to drill a hole in the body work and install it there?

yes I was think the center dummy radiator cover, I haven't found any info of adding the front camera to the oem screen.
