I had a low impact bump today then my front parking sendor constantly beeped and red on the PCM
Then i noticed it was sunken in and at an angle how do
I pull it back out ?
any help appreciated

Just get behind it and push. They click into place. I've done it with a rear one.

I got behind the rear bumper just by reaching and trial and error. I have no idea if that's possible at the front. You may have to take off the bumper.

Try using a small suction mount to pull from the outside?

Maybe re-purpose a windshield repair kit piece if you need to generate a vacuum without pushing it further in.

I use a simple mirror (bathroom) one to pop off BMW wheel center covers without removing the wheel or using a blade.

You'll need to take the bumper off. They are very difficult to get to without removing the bumper. Bumper removal takes a couple of hours to remove and refit.

Mine became dislodged without a bump.
I lasso'd it and tried to pull it back into position, to no avail. I did manage to pull off the rubber grommet. Not wanting to take the bumber off myself, I waited for the annual inspection.

Dealer fixed it, N/C (under warranty ?).
When I asked why that happened, he said Porsche uses a glue that doesn't hold up too well in hot environments. They also re-glued the other sensors.
