I haven't seen this mentioned before so thought I'd throw it out to the crowd. My SA took time to instruct me to make sure I get the rubber seal on the top of the frunk properly seated after removing/replacing the battery cover. Once the battery cowling is put back into place, you have to gently lift the rear part of the rubber seal to make sure it is in position covering the cowling that was removed/replaced. Otherwise water can leak into the frunk I'm guessing.
