Yes, it makes a significant difference without going over the top.

MiamiBlue - nice to know that you are based in Charlotte, I am as well. I installed one of these on by Base Cayman and I absolutely love it. I combined it with the valved exhaust from Soul and it was a great upgrade from stock - more aggressive sound and it definitely added some power. Happy to let you hear mine live since I'm here local. Mine is a Base so it might not sound exactly the same, but it would probably give you a pretty good idea. Send me a PM if interested.
