Can anyone explain what is meant by a German Build Porsche? my dealer is stating that the reason there is no horn chirp when I lock car is because of some “German Build Option” that the original buyer placed. I have never heard this...any insight would be great. Thanks

Cars built for the EU market (including Germany) does not "chirp" the horn when locking/unlocking, I actually think it is illegal over here.
If the car has spent time on the roads in EU prior to going to the US it might explain it?
I know that some US troops stationed abroad buy cars and drive on/around base and bring them back to the US after deployment, which could be an explanation.

Great information! Thank you. The build on the car is $113,000! Every extra you can imagine. I have build sheet. Built in May 22, 2017. Sold in Feb 2018 at the dealer new. Car has 4K mikes. I just bought it 2 weeks ago.

Any ideas on which fuse to pull to de-chirp the lock function? I've owned cars that chirp and some that don't and I personally prefer the non-chirping lock function.

You may be able to program it to not chirp...
My VW Passat ( USA version )can be set to beep the horn or not by changing the car settings.

I don't think the US ones use the horn. The chirp sounds like a chirp, not even an attenuated horn tap. Am I wrong? I still can't get a fall allocation yet since briefly cancelling due to COVID, so what do I know.
