We loved Queensland when we holidayed there many years ago. We have a week of sunshine forecast here in the UK so can’t complain. The roads are lovely and quiet also because of the lock down so the ‘essential’ trip to the shops ends up with a very large detour in the Cayman ?

@dkmajm - Welcome! nice rig you have there. Like you I have over 300 days of sunshine where I live (Reno Nevada - high desert and mountains). The misses and I did a quick 100 mile round trip run up to Lake Tahoe. Had to get out of the house, and to top it off we picked up pizza from our favorite joint on the way home. 😁

Have been to Reno, and Lake Tahoe, loved our time there, they are a grest car for getting away in hey!

First “my” picture, it’s now in my garage.... decided to fly down and get it and drive it back, we still have Qantas doing intra state flights so 2 hour flight down and 15 hour drive back, roads were very quiet, but what away to get to know my new car than being together for 15 hours in under 24 hours! One issue has arisen see my forum post on oil leak issue (Oil leak, new to me 718S) but that will be sorted soon enough I’m sure.... happy Easter...

So lockdown is good for somethings...

Did paint correction, followed by 2 coats of Carpro cQuartz professional ceramic coating.

Windows tinted.
