Just found the Forum. I special ordered my 718 Cayman in 2016. It's in Oslo Blue with Agate Gray Interior and 6-speed Manual. Build was July 2017 making it an early build 2018 model year.

First, I have never seen a 718 in that color. It's a great looking car. Second, how do you like the ride with the 18" wheels? My '18 Cayman Base has 20s and I am seriously considering 18s. Have you been able to compare the differences in tire noise? On smooth surfaces my car's road noise is fine, but on worn surfaces the tire noise is very LOUD.

It's the only one from the factory. I specifically ordered the 18's because I didn't like the ride with the larger wheels. The slightly taller sidewalls absorb more shock and transmit less road noise.

I've got Pirelli PZero 265/45 on currently. Not a big fan of them on wet pavement or 1st thing in the morning as they do not grip. Once they warm up they're fine.

I also prefer the 18's on my 718 Boxster, with the roads where I live I prefer the higher comfort, and I actually like the look with the fatter tires better :D

Just for curiosity, are they the N0 or N1 versions? I ask because the tread design is different for the Pirelli PZero with the Porsche spec. On the track in the rain, I was passing everyone, and usually, everyone is passing me!
