It's been raining hard all day. I did have a nice drive to and from the gym this morning. But now I'm staring at a TV screen showing a dull football game. I've had two beers, double IPA's, so I dare not go for a drive. I've watched two videos from Sportscar365 but that's not the same as driving. I still remember yesterday's awesome drives. Tomorrow I will ride a bike to work but sort of wish the weather would be so bad I'd have to drive.

Did I ever mention how much I like my 718 Cayman?

I sympathize completely. Mere football cannot compete with driving a Cayman. But then, to be fair to football, not much can. At least nothing that I can sustain for hours (anymore) :sneaky:.

Low 70s today. I went ro the gym, then played out on the deck for an hour. California is a mess, but it's a beautiful place to live.

Me too! Only approximately another 140 days until I can get my 718 out of storage.

I was looking forward to driving my Cayman all weekend long and now that Monday is here I got to drive it to work and around town to do some errands. I can totally relate to missing this wonderful machine when life (or the weather) takes me away from it for a few days.

If that is true, I have the talent for neither. I should sell the car I guess! Or not, and I'll flail away on the corners. Just hope I don't lose it to the left, or right!
Both HPDEs I've been in, I ended up in the rough on the same hole (er turn)!

No doubt, golf is tough. The learning curve (pun) for driving a Porsche reasonably well is much shorter.

Full wax this morning and into the wrapper our BS went. Then, the temp hit 83. So, back into the Hill Country for a few more spirited sprints and drifts.

Tomorrow is supposed to peak with a sunny 75 degrees. Groundhog Day is a high probability.?
