Inspection now @8k miles?

Hello, hope everyone is staying safe during all this craziness. I bought my 2018 718 with 4200 miles on it. They did an oil change when I took delivery of the car, and now at 8500 miles, I keep getting an "inspection now" message at start up. Quick Google search is coming up with nothing, and the intervals for maintenance don't seem to fit with the current mileage of the car. Any ideas?

I had the same thing a few weeks ago, stopped by the dealership and they took care of it in 5 minutes.
