I use the 303 Fabric kit and it does a great job. In 40°C it dries much faster than quoted.:)

Ragg Top also gets good reviews.

Funnily enough, the roof doesn't seem to get dirty much at all. The dirt must blow off or wash off in the rain, and doesn't seem to stick like it does to the paint or glass.

Over the course of 12 years with my 987 Boxster, I only ever washed the top with soap and water (same premium car wash I used on everything else -- Meguiars or Zymol) and it stayed almost as good as the paint which looked pretty much new. Caveat being that car was garage-kept and non-daily-driver most of its life.

A neat trick for removing the lint (or dog hair) that likes to cling to the edges is just to use one of those sticky-tape clothing rollers while dry.
