I recorded this with my iPhone. It sounds much better in person. Angry and deep. Oh and I've been getting that TPS warning even though the tires are at 32psi. Need some gas too lol

My understanding is that you get no boost unless under load. The sound under load should be different than just hitting the gas in neutral.

Personally I don't care about the sound that much, Additional HP, well, bring it on! :D (y)

Revving up in neutral does not bring in the turbo. The gas volume and pressure will be different with the boost on, which will only happen under load. That is my understanding.
Well that's pretty simple to check. I'll video with my seatbelt on next time and the gauge will show the boost rather than my fuel gauge showing low fuel :) However, to me that doesn't really make any sense. The turbo is always engaged not matter whether the car is in gear under load or not. The torque and power are there even if they're being applied to the wheels thru the transmission. Also, I didn't make any claims about additional power. The engine does rev much better though, with a free flowing exhaust and air filter.

It will be interesting to see the video revving in neutral.

I didn’t state that you made any claims about power. All I said is that I don’t care about the louder sound of the aftermarket (freer) exhausts, however I, personally, like more horsepower, which I normally associate with aftermarket exhausts. Is this clear enough?
