That doesn't look like a flaw per se, but it does look like a water mark. That kind of thing would bother me for about six months while the car still looks fresh off the showroom floor. After that it would probably have a few other marks of normal usage so I'd eventually forget about it.
However I disagree with the point that Porsche never honors warranty claims on that kind of item. After I had owned my bought-new car for about six months I noticed that a thread of the stitching on the steering wheel had broken and was starting to fray. I could not say whether my thumb had done that (I don't normally rest my thumb there) or whether it had been like that from the day I first picked up the car having been done by a previous test driver or even by one of the service mechanics. Anyway, the dealer said Porsche wanted pics because they had to approve warranty items like that, since a replacement wheel was $4000 (!). We sent them pics and Porsche replaced the wheel under warranty, no more questions asked.
