I thought early on that I saw my OBD II in the left (driver's side in U.S.) fuse box at the bottom of my 2019 base Cayman, just like it says in the manual (calling it a diagnostic port). Now when I look, it isn't there. I took down a good light and shimmied my fat old self into some impossible positions, and I don't see it. There is a big wad of wrapped wires and a small branch going to one of the lower rows, but I don't see the OBD anywhere.

Could it be located somewhere else?

Mine is not located in the left-hand fuse box. It's a little further back underneath the dash.
I'll have to look there. In a way, it may work out better that way. We will see.

It's not easy to see as the connector is oriented down, not facing you.
Both you, @faizaan2000 and @cbarra are correct. Mine is not where the manual says it is in the fuse box, but under the dash. And, @MLJJ, it is purple! Actually, this is good news if I decide to do a Cobb tune or use a plug and app that gives other types of code information.

I thought this sort of a weird question, so appreciate everyone's feedback.
