When I first got my 2019 Boxster, I couldn’t figure out the Apple CarPlay and reset everything back to the factory setting. At one point during this process, the PCM screen displayed a real nice video (GIF?) of the Porsche crest turning into view. It’s the only time I’ve ever been able to see it despite my searching around in the PCM. Anyone have any idea what I’m talking about? It is only displayed after restarting the pcm, or when you turn off the pcm manually for a longer period it shows on startup.

And to restart it you press the volume knob for 15 sec or so, the a quick press and the logo pops up.
If car play does not work as it should a pcm restart helps

It is essentially the startup splash screen.
It is quite pretty.
