Hello Everyone,
I'm just doing a quick intro. I hope to be able to purchase a Cayman this year and I've been researching on the forums. I'm in Western NC in the foothills of the Appalachians. I am an Army vet and have a background in body armor and bullet resistant shield design and production. I'm currently working in a fabrication shop that specializes in laser cutting and engraving. I'm coming from years and years of driving 1/2 trucks and am making the move to a fun car for a daily driver. I'm thinking a 718 GTS will be the ticket!

Welcome aboard! Retired Navy helo driver here. I did the same thing when researching the 718. This forum is a great resource even if you just lurk, but don't hesitate to ask questions.

My SA told me today that 2019 will be the last year of the GTS, and the next Cayman/Boxster won't arrive until the 2021 model year.

So, assuming that's true, and if you really want a GTS, might want to act quickly.

Great choice. I am waiting for spring in Maine to pick up my CGTS. I'm sure you will love it. My dealer ship has 2 Boxster GTS models that look great. One grey one white. If I wanted a convertible they would be great

Yes. She was mine. Lived to be 15. Was a great dog! We have 5 others now. Love them and their personalities.

They are fantastic dogs! Our first one was poisoned when she was six years old. We then waited about a year before getting a second. His name is Brady and he is 11. Five must be amazing!
