Backup cameras became standard on all U.S. consumer vehicles on May 1, 2018. That change is likely related to that for cars worldwide.

Also: PSE is already standard across the range in the U.S. as of the 2019 model year.

Also: '10-inch' should be '19-inch', correct?

The changes outlined by the OP are the same as the changes made for MY19 here in New Zealand. The prices he quotes are pretty close too (though not identical to the previous NZ prices for these items).

Similar changes in Australia. Base model spec now includes 19 inch Boxster S wheels, sports exhaust with twin pipes, and reversing camera. Yes, those prices mentioned by the OP may well be in $AU.
@CupraLeon The AU and NZ models may well come with a high spec level as standard but we pay a premium for it. The starting price of a 718 Cayman S in NZ is NZ$148,500 - which is over €80,0000...

That's correct Chris, here they start at €70000 if you add the 'standard' items it's the same price.
Still you have the nicer weather not to speak of the beautifull nature in NZ

I’ve been to Belgium once before to go attend the Belgian F1 GP at Spa Francorchamps (my favourite of all F1 tracks) and loved my time there. We stayed in Brussels, which has a beautiful city centre.

Still have my Cupra R, my CGTS will be delivered in 2019 so I need my toy to take my mind of of that =)
Had a look in your garage, love the syrius yellow! When I bought the Cupra, the Megane RS with cup chassis was also on the wishlist
