Saw alot of those supercars making very loud exhaust sound by reving the gas when they are moving very slowly ... Do they put to neutral while the car is gliding at slow speed and rev??

Yes--or push the clutch in.
With the PDK you can access an instant neutral by pulling both paddles simultaneously.
