I have the Sport Chrono pack on my UK 2017 Cayman. It's now 3 years 4 months old and done 15,000 miles. The pack includes PADM - Porsche Active Drivetrain Mount. Last week I got a message on the MFD that the PADM was disabled. The right drivetrain mount electronics has an open circuit. The car can still be driven.
The cost for a Porsche repair is £1900 (2650 USD). Porsche won't entertain a goodwill repair as it's out of the 3 year warranty (The customer service has been atrocious, "they do fail after a while"!!! If I'd known I wouldn't had added that pack! - I'll never buy another Porsche) , I'm hoping the 3rd party warranty will pick up the cost. Question is when will the left one fail.
To add insult to injury the stealer quoted for the front engine mount, not the drivetrain (gearbox) mount - idiots!

But here's something interesting - after doing some research I found the correct part number for my car (from the chassis number) - item number 4.
33092

Looking at the Porsche's PDF PET catalogue for the 718 Cayman the part number is the same:
33093

33094

Am I correct in thinking that the PADM mounts are fitted to all 718s, but not activated??

Sorry, I don't have an answer to your question. I would certainly take it to an indie for a quote.
I have a question for you - where did you find the parts list and drawings?
thanks

Could also be that the standard drive train mount is the part number below your highlighted number, the 201 A part number, as it looks like that this is for cars with option PR: -140, so no PADM... ? But a Porsche specialist could be of help.. :)

This links shows also the parts for engine mounts, maybe this is of help to you as here several mounts are mentioned.

This certainly gives me pause about getting a car with Sport Chrono. A quick search and I saw quite a few PADM failure complaints. Is this a common enough failure that I should not order the Sport Chrono package on a new 718? I plan to keep the car for a very long time.
