Nice, I do like the rear end of a 911
Can’t beat it. I do prefer the side profile of the 718. The 911 looked huge parked next to the 718.

They selected a great color /forum/images/718forum/smilies/tango_face_wink.png
Indeed. He’s a petrolhead hence why he chose the “fastest” colour ?

Where are the Miami Blue, RY and Lava Orange Porsches?......
Apparently, at least some of them are going to New Jersey. Here's my Plain Jane white car at a dealer with a new blue version. I will say that most of the new cars in my dealers seem to be black, grey, silver or white.

And while I'm at it, here's an interesting photo-comparison of the back of an old and new 911.

"Normal" car size has certainly changed. I remember when six-cylinder Mustangs weighed less than 2600 lbs. ;)

I questioned my SA as to why so many dealerships have so few bold colored cars and his answer is those colors "date" the car.

There may be some truth to that. I vividly remember the car style and colors of Virgil Exner.

It doesn't age well (in my opinion).
