There doesn't appear to be any documentation available (that I could find) describing the GTS performance/torque display. All it seems to be is a real-time view of the torque vs rpm using a similar format to the g-meter but it lacks the g-meter max-hold feature that could actually useful/interesting to see. Is there something useful to be gleaned from the performance display, or is it just Porsche eye-candy?

Eye candy. I disabled all of those useless screens so that I don't have to scroll through them.

Besides, if you're driving hard enough for any of those digital gauges to matter, you're not going to want to take your eyes off the road.
