Our club (Northern Ohio PCA) is hosting a HPDE weekend at PittRace June 23 and 24 and we are looking for more participants. If you live within a few hours and have never been I *highly* suggest you consider participating. PittRace, formerly Beaver Run, which was recently expanded into a 2.73 mile track that was freshly paved last year. It is a perfect course for higher horsepower cars like ours. This is a great way to get your feet wet in you have been thinking about doing some track events. I guarantee you will have a smile from ear to ear

It's a great track, designed by Alan Wilson. I ran what I'm pretty sure was the first actual race there in '02.

I've run the PVGP support event there lots of times and will be there with VRG on Sept 7-9.

I wish it were closer. It would be a great place to run a track day with one of my street cars. I can't wait to see the newly paved track.
