Have any 718 owners used the Porsche Track Precision App successfully? My understanding is that you need Porsche Connect + and Sport Chrono. I have both on my vehicle, but I'm getting a message saying my "vehicle is not enabled", please contact your service provider. I have yet to contact my local dealer - was hoping to avoid that, if possible. Screenshot from the app is below.

I use sport chrono instead and export the file to my computer.
So i cant help you, but it could be that connect+ is a must.

*edit*
I do remember that i have used it but i liked SC better.
And to get SC to work with all the options you need connect+ and Navi

Do you use Sports Chrono for the lap times? If yes, don't you have to manually press a button each time you start a new lap to get the lap time? I've tried that, but it is quite difficult to hit the button just right every lap. (This is with the multi-function wheel)

Thats a yes to that but i dont see a big issue with it.
If your chasing 1/10 of a second per lap then it is an issue.
On a normal track you should be able to click with in ½ sec.

So i store my first lap as a reference to be able to save the map on SC for future use.
If it is not the first time on that track i take up the old reference lap and in the MDF i click new lap for every lap.
On the MDF or PCM you get a color indication on how you are doing (green, Yellow or Red)
(the "sensitivity" can be changed under option" also how exact the track should be recorded)

When i come home i import the files to race render and there i can go in depth on almost everything.
All the data comes from the car, i dont know if Harrys does the same thing.
(G force, brake/gas pedal position, steering angle, speed)

Also i like to be able to sit down and analyze my laps on Pc.
Thats why i dont like the Porsche app either....
