Problems with iPhone 13 not connecting properly via Bluetooth or Apple Car Play

Couple of things we've discussed on earlier posts here on the Forum:
• Remove all previous BlueTooth connections and do a hard restart on the iPhone.
• Do not attempt to re pair the Bluetooth connection prior to restarting the CarPlay dongle.
• Now pair the phone and dongle letting CarPlay locate the correct phone connection

Another issue: If you're using AT&T? They had a massive outage this week which could effect all settings. The hard restart should clear any issues caused by their outage.
