Greetings All

I have an annoying rattle coming from the dash next to the A pillar so in order for me to put some anti rattle tape in there, does anyone know how to take the A pillar of a Cayman?

Thanks in advance

Not sure if it's 100% necessary, but to ensure the side airbag doesn't go off, I disconnect the battery, and wait 10 minutes before doing anything.

Then, there's a tab toward the top which is just clipped into place. I used a plastic trim removal tool to pry this out. Behind that there is a screw. I believe it's a T20, but I don't remember exactly.

Once that one screw is removed, you can remove the a-pillar cover, there are one or two additional metal tab clips that are holding it to the a-pillar itself, these just pull out (and be careful putting them back in to not bend the tab.

I just yanked mine off. It’s tight. Nothing broke. Porsche clips seem to be pretty dang strong
