The sportchrono does not show in my car menu in the PCM. Did a reset of the PCM searched thru all the settings with no result, the only thing I did not try is setting it back to factory settings. Anyone had a similar experience? All advice/tips are welcome.

Also, do you have navigation? I have a base Cayman without navigation but SC and I have no way of seeing SC info in the PCM.

Thanks!!!! That must be it, also no navigation here. The manual isn't very clear on this btw.
I also have SC but no Nav. Same deal. SC info is viewable in the right-hand gauge nacelle but not in PCM.

Note that the Nav option includes a Nav view in the right-hand gauge nacelle that cannot be retrofitted. This is an important detail because that tells me that the factory-only interface that enables the Nav view on the nacelle is likely the same one that enables SC view on PCM.

Thx Viffermike. That could be very well the case. Part of the SC in the PCM allows you to track the circuit and draws the circuit on the screen, this must be using the GPS. But I feel the other visualizations like rpm, timing and so on must be able to display (since the PCM is able to display things like gforce and speed and other parameters in the car info menu and the myscreen menu) I have asked my dealer to look into it when the car goes in on 9 October. Keep you guys posted.

Apologies if I’m misinterpreting this, but are you perhaps referring the ‘track precision app’? As I understand, whilst part of SC package, this is only available oh GT cars (I.e GT4, GT3 etc).

It's purely the SC in the PCM I mean. Not the track precision app,for which you need navigation and SC (and isn't an exclusive for the GT cars ;) some here on the forum have used it in the past like Johan)
In this video it shows what I mean by 'tracking the circuit' it starts at 0:56

Ah, I see. That's the functionality I (wrongly) thought only came with track precision. I'll see if it works on my car (which has SC and NAV)...it's going to be a week or so though before I can try. Thanks for sharing the video.

I was finally re-united with my car tonight and managed to get the map function to show on the PCM screen: Select 'Car' on the PCM and go to the sport chrono screen ('SC'). Using the option key select 'Set Sport Chrono' and check the 'Record additional data' option. The map function should then appear or you can swipe onto the second 'SC' screen. Without the 'record additional data' the map doesn't show. (Wish I'd worked this out before my trip to the Ring earlier this summer)

Having said all that, you obviously need to get to 'SC' screen itself (on the PCM). Have you tried it whilst chrono is running or via the home screen (if that's even an option)?
