I've been following the "guide" listed here about how to figure out what boat your car might be on. But my question is, for those who were given ship names, do you know how soon after the car shipped that you were told about the boat? My car got to the port earlier than planned, several days before a ship left according to the schedule. As of yesterday, according to the dealer, the car hadn't been updated as being assigned to the ship. But she also said there was some lag in the system - a car that was supposedly in the US port waiting for a truck had just showed up at the dealership.

What I'm wondering is now that the boat has left port do you think I should be able to find out if my car is on it? I really hope it is because the current schedule doesn't show any more ships coming to my port currently. :(

Congratulations. When is it expected to arrive at the port? I assume it has a long journey thru the canal and up to California
6/22 supposedly. However, at the moment, doing delivery at the PEC LA will add an additional month. The woman who schedules these things is out on training and apparently I might not even find out a date for another week. That's very frustrating, as I have business travel to schedule.
