This is very helpful. Thank you. I was aware of the differences under Drive and Other. I don't have PTV or PASM. PSM appears to do the same thing in Sport and Sport+ (hard to read the chart on this one). So it appears the only real difference between Sport and Sport+ for my car when I'm manually shifting is in the dynamic engine mounts.

I've thought I felt just the tiniest difference between these modes while manually shifting, but it was so subtle I wasn't sure it wasn't just a placebo. Still not sure, but at least it could be something.

BTW, the PDK is great at shifting (way faster than I) but not so good at knowing when to shift (it can't anticipate - not that that's a surprise). Manual shifting is the best of both worlds.

I think I also heard somewhere that the change in exhaust backfire in Sport Plus helps the turbo spool up a bit faster than in other modes. Beyond my comprehension of the exact reason for this, but I feel like turbo boost is just a little bit more on tap in Sport Plus. That Engineering Explained guy on YouTube had a pretty good explanation about how exhaust pops link to turbo boost performance.

There's also a difference in how aggressive the shifting is (in manual mode) in Sport vs Sport Plus. You get a lot more "thump" in the shift and it's faster to react at the expense of a smoother shift like you'd get in Sport.

Cooling is also ramped up in Sport Plus. It will try to keep the temps lower than in Sport (keep an eye on oil temp and you'll see).

Sport Plus also keeps the turbo spooled up when you're off throttle a lot more aggressive than Sport. You can see this for yourself if you keep an eye on the boost as you get off the throttle after going for a pull. In Sport it will go back to no boost but in Sport Plus it will keep it ready to go at all times.

Last major change is how soon traction control kicks in. Sport Plus lets you get a lot more slipping before it saves you.
