So when I start my car, the heat seating comes on for the passenger seat. Not something desirable during the Summer. Where is the setting for this? I'd also like to have seat ventilation set to be on at startup. Can't seem to find where in the PCM this is controlled from.

Maybe the seat heat switch is pushed? Try turning it off.

That's how I turn it off, but it's on by default when I start the car. I've only found options for setting the fan speed and air at startup. Maybe I need to pay a visit to the local Porsche place. If there's something wrong, it will be covered by warranty.

Do you have the ergonomic memory option? Maybe it got stored with the passenger seat heating on. If so, turn it off then store the settings for the key.

So that will store other settings aside from seat position? I'll give that a try.

Seat ventilation does not store on key memory, I would assume heating would be the same.
