Hi to all - a new member from NZ who's been watching this space for a while. I have 718 BGTS in crayon on order (expected delivery end of this year - maybe - but's a long way to NZ.....) and SWMBO was super keen for us to spec a red roof - so of course this is naturally what we have ordered. We've also specced black gloss handles and rear spoiler, plus Bordeaux red seatbelts to pick up the roof colour in the interior.
I've seen plenty of pictures (and real life) crayon cars (all of which look stunning) but they've all had a standard black roof.....I'm beginning to fear that we might have gone a bit far with this idea that crayon + red roof will look super cool and elegant - will the rest of the world think we're idiots? At some level I don't care as we think the car will look great, but what does anybody else think? (And if anybody else has gone down the same path - would love to see some 'real life' photos instead of the configurator mock ups). Thanks!
