Negative 2 degrees all around works well. You should be able to get close without upgrading the LCAs.

19x9 with a 48 offset with a 245 will fit no problem, 255 may need a little more camber. The 19x10 et35 will fit with a 275.
I run 255/285 on my 987 track car with -3 all around. It can be a little darty on rutted streets but a little less camber help iron that out.
